Hi Khun Poungtip.,

Of course, it was well intended! :D
Cooking is one of my many hobbies! Lets talk a little about my favourite subject "Food & Drink!).

Mature (older) red wines are better quality than newly produced one (a lot more expensive too!)
Wine makers store their wines to mature gracefully until they reach their peak quality for drinking before selling them, usually at least 3 - 10 years. Then they are excellent to drink for another equal age (some 10 years or so). After that they start to deteriorate and died! (taste like vinegar!). The best red wine to drink today are that produced and stored since late 1980s - mid 1990s.
Drinking red wine in moderate (a glass per day with food) helps to maintain a healthy heart and prevent cardio-vascular diseases!

Cheese!, another food that taste better older than new ones. If you like Italian foods, definitely using mature cheese makes food taste a lot better! i.e. as pizzas topping or pasta baked and many more!

Beef! If you are going to entertain important guests, I recommend "mature beef" for your cooking! Some good supermarket or butcher sell mature beef too. These are beef (rump, silverside or topside) that has been prepared and stored for 28 days prior to use. They are full of flavour and very tender. Scottish and Irish beefs are best!

See?, that is what I've meant by saying getting old is not such a bad thing!..... You are well appreciated by far! :D

Take care.

P.S. Guess what???...... I went shopping this morning at Tesco and found " Mama" noodle from Thailand! I bought the whole box and actually munching it right now! yum...yum
